Refunds

We offer Replacements and do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Refunds are offered only if an prepaid order is placed and the product has run out of stock at our end.

Replacements

We only offer replacements in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product

Eligibility for Replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet the following condition:
A clear, unedited video of the package being opened must be provided.
The video must start before the package is opened
The shipping label on the package must be clearly visible in the video
This video is required to verify the issue and to process your replacement. Without this proof, we will be unable to issue a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement ?

Please contact our support team at +91 9579998728 within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include:
The unboxing video
A brief description of the issue
Your order number
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the requirements above are not met.


What is the payment method accepted?

We at Shopping Nest accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees). Please note that your bank may convert your purchase currency if you do not live in India

Cash On Delivery – All Cash On Delivery orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day. No order will be dispatched until it is confirmed on the call.

What are the Shipping Charges?

We have free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
Standard Shipping – ₹79 on orders below 1000.
Cash On Delivery(COD) – ₹49 COD Charges.
Total shipping charges for Cash On Delivery orders will be: 79 + 49 = ₹128

How much time does it take for delivery?

It depends on where you are. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 3 – 8 business days. How to cancel the order?

If the order or item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@shoppingnest.in or call us at +91 9579998728. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.
